For Teams and Organizations
STEP 1: ASSESS
THE TEAM MEMBERS
Each team member will
take the Winslow Profile following a brief overview, which will
be given in the self-explanatory instructions accompanying the introductory
e-mail. This introduction provides an explanation regarding the
value of the Winslow Assessment, both personally and professionally,
and alleviates any hesitancy individuals may have about participating.
They will be sent a password in this same e-mail so that they are able
to take the assessment entirely online in about 45 minutes. Within
three hours of completing the assessment, they will have access to their
report. Another e-mail will follow with a PDF of their 40+ page
Participant’s Report so that they are also able to print their report
for review. It is important that each team member has read their
report before their coaching session (STEP 2).
STEP 2: COACH
THE TEAM MEMBERS
We will schedule confidential
Coaching Sessions with each individual team member to be held at your
office, at another agreed upon location or via the telephone.
These sessions will last approximately 45 minutes and include an individualized
discussion of their assessment profile, their influential traits and
their plan for improvement and development. In these sessions
we actually target the specific traits that seem to be in need of more
management or training in order to maximize the individual’s potential,
enhance team development, resolve any management or conflict challenges
and minimize their stress.
STEP 3: TRAIN
TO DEVELOP SYNERGY AMONG THE TEAM
We will provide a two
hour Synergy Session for the team. In this Synergy Session, we
will provide a review of the 24 traits assessed and discuss examples
of each. Further discussion will revolve around the uses for this
information in improving the potential and performance of each team
member, as well as the team and organization as a whole.
A Team Profile, which
is a combination of all of the team members’ profiles, will be presented.
This Team Profile will indicate areas where the team needs to concentrate
in order to improve communication, enhance abilities, become more innovative
and reduce any current or potential conflict, as well as areas where
the team is already succeeding. Differences and similarities will
be discussed with specific suggestions given on how to improve performance
and productivity of the team, add other members to the team, manage
stress and creatively solve problems. The emphasis is on designing
a “win-win” mentality and atmosphere, benefiting from differences
in talents and abilities and developing an invigorated attitude toward
change and growth. The team will determine the specific areas
they need to manage more effectively, or receive additional training
or management assistance in order to maximize their performance.
Bonus: ENHANCE SUCCESS
OF THE TEAM
A one hour session
will be scheduled with the manager or leader of the team for a review
of the results to ensure proper implementation and to answer any questions
or provide management and training recommendations. This includes
specific recommendations on how to motivate, train and communicate with
each participant in a manner that addresses any current concerns and
enhances performance and maximizes potential of the individuals and
the team.

Following the completion of the ACT
Now Process coaching and team training sessions can be designed with
the individual and team interests and needs in mind.
The length of the coaching package determines the price and frequency
of coaching sessions as follows:

We can provide
full and half-day training seminars on site as well as customized retreats
depending on the training needs. The topics of these training
sessions will be determined and mutually agreed upon by the leadership
team and AC upon review of the Team Profile in the first Team Synergy
Session. This Team Profile will reveal known and subtle training
needs of this particular team so that we are making the most of the
valuable time and training dollars spent on the development of this
leadership team. Individual training needs will be addressed in
the coaching sessions, but the training needs of the leadership team
will enable us to provide a more customized approach with the
